- 2011 - Ellipse Solutions SRL expanded to its new European headquarters in Chisinau, Moldova.
- 2010 - Ellipse Solutions SRL, a Moldova-based company, was created to unite Ellipse Solutions’ European resources. The company also established a new Call Center to support internal telemarketing and helpdesk services for its US-based clientele.
- 2009 - Ellipse Solutions LLC expanded and formally became a Microsoft partner for the MS Dynamics® CRM product.
- 2008 - Ellipse Solutions, LLC taps into the Ukrainian market to attain resources involved with MS Dynamics AX product line at Microsoft Corporation in Kiev, Ukraine. The company also established its new corporate headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
- 2006 - Roytman Information Services, Inc. and Belot Information Services, Inc. partnered and founded Ellipse Solutions, LLC., a Microsoft business partner with a primary concentration on MS Dynamics AX applications and offices in Dayton, Ohio, USA and Chisinau, Moldova.
- 2005 - Gary Belot invited to Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington and Copenhagen, Denmark to participate in one of the initial TAP (Technology Adaption Program) for the MS Dynamics AX product line.
- 2004 - Roytman Information services, Inc. expanded it offerings to Europe and announced a strategic alliance with PGP Program SRL, a Chisinau, Moldova- based ERP firm.
- 2003 - Roytman Information Services, Inc. opened a new IT employment placement services office in Kettering, Ohio.
- 2001 - Gary Belot launched Belot Information Services, Inc. in Marietta, Georgia to offer Axapta consulting services to the US marketplace.
- 1997 - Gary Belot led one of the first Damgaard Axapta BMS partners in the United States.
- 1997 - Roytman Information Services incorporated in the state of Ohio and re-focused strategically on ERP solutions and custom software development.
- 1995 - Roytman Information established by Mikhail and Jena Roytman in Dayton, Ohio to provide local information technology consulting and recruiting services.

The word “Ellipse” has been used throughout history in many facets of life including astronomy, physics, and geometry and in the theory of relativity to describe the relationship of corresponding entities.
In 2006, when Roytman Information Services, Inc. and Belot Information Services, Inc. joined forces to create Ellipse Solutions, LLC, they formed a partnership of two similarly driven, like-minded entities to become a one-stop provider of ERP solutions and services backed by the power, flexibilty and reliability of Microsoft.
